What happens in a first consultation?

Around 45 minutes. We review your medical history, current eating pattern, activity, sleep and any lab work you have. You leave with a written plan built around food you already eat, not a list of things to buy.

Do I need to take Slim Aura to be a patient?

No. Consultations are independent of the product. It is recommended only where extra dietary fibre genuinely fits the plan, and plenty of patients are never advised to take it at all.

Are online consultations as effective as clinic visits?

For most nutrition work, yes. Online sessions run over video and cover the same ground. Clinic visits are preferable where body composition measurement is useful.

Do you provide medical treatment?

No. Nutritional guidance is not a substitute for medical care. Where a condition needs a physician, you will be told so directly and referred.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Any recent lab reports, a list of current medications or supplements, and — if you can — a rough note of what you have eaten over the last three days.
