These terms govern your use of https://www.slimaura.store and any order or consultation booking made through it with Slim Aura, Islamabad, Pakistan. By placing an order, booking a consultation or otherwise using this site, you agree to them.
Products & pricing
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images and stock levels accurate, but do not guarantee they are error-free; a genuine pricing or listing error does not obligate us to honour it.
Orders & payment
Orders are currently payable by Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable or delivery details appear incorrect — and will let you know if that happens.
Shipping & delivery
Dispatched within 24 hours. Nationwide delivery in 2–4 working days. Orders over Rs 3,500 ship free nationwide; below that, a flat Rs 200 delivery fee applies. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control.
Returns & refunds
Unopened, unused jars may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email dietitianuroojhussain@gmail.com with your order details. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Consultations
Consultation bookings reserve a time slot with DN Urooj Hussain. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel where possible. Nutritional guidance given in a consultation is personal advice for you and should not be shared as general medical advice for others.
Product & health disclaimer
Slim Aura products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are designed to complement — never to replace — balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, adequate hydration and healthy daily habits. Individual experiences vary. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition. Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

All text, images, recipes, branding and other content on this site belong to Slim Aura or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Slim Aura is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change is published means you accept the updated terms.
