Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 October 2026. This explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
Slim Aura (Slim Aura, Street 4, F Block, Paris City, Sector H-13, Islamabad, Pakistan) operates https://www.slimaura.store and the Weight Balance+ product line. This policy covers everyone who places an order, books a consultation, subscribes to our newsletter, or otherwise uses the site.
Information we collect
- Order details — name, email, phone number and delivery address, collected at checkout to fulfil and deliver your order.
- Consultation bookings — name, email, phone, and your preferred date, time and consultation type, collected when you book an appointment with DN Urooj Hussain.
- Contact form messages — whatever you include when you write to us: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
- Newsletter signup — your email address, if you subscribe to The Slim Aura Letter.
- Cart and wishlist — stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) so items persist between visits on the same device.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, manage consultation bookings, respond to enquiries, and — only where you have opted in — send the newsletter. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Payment
Orders are currently payable by Cash on Delivery only: you pay the courier directly when your order arrives, so no card or bank details are collected or stored by this website at checkout.
Who we share it with
Your information is processed by the infrastructure providers that run this site (hosting and database storage) strictly to operate the store and bookings. If you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a response. We do not share your data with marketing or advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Order and consultation records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, delivery, and continuity of care — and no longer than Pakistani law requires for commercial records. You can ask us to delete your contact form or newsletter data at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email.
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing dietitianuroojhussain@gmail.com.
- Clear your cart/wishlist at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage.
Children
Slim Aura products and consultations are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
