Weight Management
Structured, food-first plans built around a household's actual cooking rather than an imported meal template.
Clinical Dietitian & Founder
A clinical dietitian who built the product she kept wishing she could hand her patients.

DN Urooj Hussain is a clinical dietitian based in Lahore, where she has spent close to a decade in one-to-one practice with women navigating weight management, digestive discomfort, PCOS and the everyday reality of eating well inside a busy life.
Her approach is unfashionably ordinary. No elimination protocols, no fourteen-day resets, no language of punishment. She works with what a household already cooks, adjusts it, and then asks her patients to keep it up for long enough to matter — which is usually the hardest part.
Slim Aura began as a gap in that practice. Patients were consistently short on dietary fibre and consistently reaching for products that promised outcomes no supplement can honestly deliver. She wanted something in between: a clean, fibre-led daily ritual, made from ingredients already familiar in a Pakistani kitchen, described accurately.
Weight Balance+ is the result of that work — nine natural superfoods and green tea, formulated to sit alongside balanced nutrition and regular movement rather than to stand in for them.

Nutritional support for hormonal health, cycle-related concerns and energy through the day.
Fibre, hydration and meal-pattern work for bloating, irregularity and everyday gut comfort.
Dietary guidance for insulin resistance, cholesterol and blood-sugar management alongside medical care.
Nutritional planning through pregnancy and recovery, coordinated with your physician.
Sleep, movement, hydration and routine — the parts of the plan that decide whether it lasts.
Sustainable change is built from small habits repeated over long periods. Nothing in a jar replaces sleep, movement, hydration or the way you eat — but the right daily ritual can make those things easier to keep.
If a claim cannot be stated accurately, it does not go on the label or on this website.
Supplements support a diet. They do not substitute for one, and any practitioner who says otherwise is selling something.
A routine you can keep for a year outperforms a protocol you abandon in three weeks.
No guarantees, no before-and-afters, no timelines. Individual experiences differ, and saying so is not a weakness.
“I have started and abandoned a lot of routines. This one stuck, mostly because it takes thirty seconds and actually tastes pleasant. The cinnamon makes a real difference.”
“What convinced me was the label. No miracle claims, just an ingredient list I recognised from my own kitchen. I appreciated being spoken to like an adult.”
“I take it before lunch. I feel far less heavy afterwards than I used to, and I am not raiding the kitchen at four o'clock any more.”
Individual experiences vary. Nutritional guidance is not a substitute for medical care.

Online or in clinic. You leave with a written plan built around food you already eat — and no obligation to buy anything.
